New look Imperial Hearing centre unveiled in Poole

Following the successful purchase of Poole hearing care centre AcoustiCare, the Imperial Hearing Group has unveiled its rebranded hearing centre in Ashley Road, Parkstone this week, with an internal make-over also in progress. AcoustiCare, owned and run by Audiologist Tim Cleave for over eight years, has been successfully providing first-class hearing care to the local community and will continue to do so under the new name Imperial Hearing. Tim Cleave, Audiologist at the new Imperial Hearing centre in Poole said, “Apart from a change of signage, everything will be staying the same so customers can be reassured that they will continue to see the usual staff and receive the same expert care. Joining the Imperial Hearing Group has been great for me and it is also great for Poole, as there will now be more potential for investment in the centre and we will also benefit from the marketing and operational support that the Group has already established. This will enable us to reach more patients and treat those that have a need for quality hearing care.” This is one of eight centres that The Imperial Hearing Group has acquired in the past year and the company is renowned for maintaining the independent feel of audiology centres rather than embarking on a formal takeover. Sam Rossiter, director at The Imperial Hearing Group said, “First and foremost I am a practicing Audiologist with a passion for expert hearing care. I know exactly what is needed to run a hearing centre and as a group we simply intend to provide the tools and investment required to do so without losing the ‘independent’ charm of the place that customers value. We have successfully achieved this throughout the Midlands, South West and South Coast and I am delighted that Imperial Hearing now has a presence in Poole.” Imperial Hearing in Poole provides friendly, professional hearing advice and treatment including ear wax removal, hearing assessments and the latest hearing-aid technology.
