SoGlos Business ‘Customer Excellence’ Award winners – Imperial Hearing
Last week (9th September 2021), we had the honour to attend the inaugural SoGlos Gloucestershire Business Awards, held at Weston Aviation’s hangar at Gloucestershire Airport.
Joining us, were a host of Gloucestershire businesses from different sectors, many of whom were finalists in the various categories up for grabs that evening. In the run up to the event, 421 nominations had been placed by 192 different businesses which were then whittled down to 17 winners.
After the last 18 months, it was a joy to be able to return back to the norm and mix with other businesses for such an event at such an alternative venue.
Imperial Hearing were thrilled to be shortlisted for the Customer Excellence Award and were even more delighted to have taken first place and walk away with the prestigious award following scrutiny from the judging panel.
Nicki Stevens, who is based at our Cheltenham Imperial Hearing clinic, was our representative at the awards and was thrilled to accept The Customer Excellence trophy on behalf of Imperial Hearing. She went on to say: ‘This is down to the leadership of our two directors, Sam Rossiter and Simon Wendland – and the incredible staff team who have worked so hard and continue to do so.’
The reason behind our shortlisting for this award is down to the new customer excellence initiative that we launched last year – The Optimised Hearing Pathway, or OHP for short. OHP developed and delivered exclusively through Imperial Hearing, takes a different approach to restoring a patients’ hearing.
Looking at each individual’s hearing need in detail and their overall hearing ability, the patient is guided through a journey with our hearing specialists. Regular, timely appointments are used to assess each patient to get them hearing as best they can for them, resulting in improved sound and customer satisfaction.
We get to know our patients through a unique personal approach and understand their lifestyles, delivering tailored bespoke hearing solutions based on their specific needs.
This year, we were able to roll out face to face training to our teams, deepening their understanding and knowledge on how to deliver the best possible service to our patients. The feedback has been incredible. Our clinics have become busier with patients who truly value the personal touch.
