Part time Receptionist / Administrator – Taunton

Imperial Hearing has been providing excellent independent ear care services to its patients for over 60 years.  In addition to the Taunton centre, we currently have offices across the Midlands, South West and South Coast of the UK. We are seeking a part time Receptionist/Administrator, working 2 days per week, to join our existing team in Taunton, to assist the Audiologist, existing team and patients. You must have previous experience of:
  • working in a similar type receptionist/administrator role
  • offering an exemplary customer service to patients
  • managing several tasks/activities at once whilst maintaining a calm environment for patients
  • dealing with information of a private and confidential nature
  • assisting others with the completion of ad-hoc tasks and projects to agreed deadlines
Knowledge of MS365 and Blueprint CRM System would be advantageous but not essential. We are seeking a pro-active, organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills who has the flexibility to travel to our other office locations, should cover be required, using their own transport. You will also be required to cover sickness and holiday leave for the other job sharer. Your responsibilities will range from meeting and greeting patients to our office offering refreshments, arranging or altering appointments, completing manufacturer orders, updating the patient computer system, taking payments and working in an administrative capacity including filing.
