I could barely hear in both my ears so I visited Imperial today. The receptionist was very welcoming. I had to wait a couple of minutes to see Tim who was excellent! He worked hard on sorting both ears out and within 20/30 minutes I could hear perfectly for the first time in months! I’ve seen some negative reviews regarding pricing. You get what you pay for though. Tim seemed very professional and good at what he did. I was happy to pay £80 plus appreciated the additional advice he gave. I think it was money well spent. I would definitely recommend them 5*.
