I have been under the care of Imperial Hearing for several years and the service has always been very professional, friendly and supportive. I suffer from severe/profound hearing loss in both ears, however, I am so grateful to the audiologists (Aaron and Simon) at Imperial Hearing who have worked extremely hard to produce the best possible outcome for me. Also the advice I have been given has proved to be invaluable as their knowledge of the latest hearing aid technology (and their commitment to ensuring the hearing aids are carefully tuned to meet my requirements) has been vital in giving me the best quality of hearing that is possible. Sarah, the receptionist, has been incredibly helpful when dealing with my queries and has always managed to fit me in if I have required an urgent appointment!! I have also had wax removal on several occasions undertaken by Sophie who has not only been very reassuring and efficient but the whole process has been painless!!!! I cannot recommend Imperial Hearing highly enough because I do feel that, through their diligent care and attention, they aim to provide the very best service for their patients.
