My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker. 4 year old had impacted wax which was affecting hearing. Struggling to make any progress via NHS channels and school start looming so booked in. Wax was efficiently removed by Simon who was able to keep 4 year old calm and relaxed during the procedure. Ears now all clear ready to start school.
