  My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker. Cheryl Green

Hearing Care Assistant

Cheryl works as a Hearing Care Assistant out of our Poundbury Clinic and has been in the industry for over 20 years. She qualified as a HCA in November 2014 enabling her to test a client’s hearing, fit hearing aids, carry out fine tune/adjustments, take impressions and undertake otoscopy. Cheryl has always maintained that ‘exceptional’ aftercare is crucial and feels one of the most important roles of her job is her involvement with the client and building a personal rapport with them.

Shaun Richardson

Trainee audiologist / Hearcare Assistant

Shaun joined the team in 2021 after working for 12 years in complex health care in the community. Shaun brings a wealth of experience from all aspects of health care to his work in order to provide the highest quality of individualised care to every patient. Shaun offers ear wax removal treatments to patients across a number of sites including, Chard, Poundbury (Dorchester), Wincanton, and Yeovil.
