  My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker. Jack Rogers

Audiologist

Jack qualified as an Audiologist in 2015 from Anglia Ruskin University after previously training as a Hear care Assistant. Jack has used his own personal experiences from his childhood having operations and speech therapy to emphasise the importance of improving quality of life when it comes to hearing. Jack has great enthusiasm researching the most suitable products for each individual patient pathway with quality aftercare being vital to a successful outcome. He is based in Devon with Kingsbridge and in our external location in Totnes.
