  My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker. Simon Wendland

Director

With a firm background in business development and customer services Simon’s passion for audiology and an…ambition ‘to make a difference’ buying into Cheltenham and Tewkesbury hearing centres was a natural progression for him. Simon has an intimate knowledge of living with a hearing loss and understands fully the challenges faced by those who struggle to come to terms with wearing hearing aids for the first time. His own personal experiences give him a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of ear care and hearing aid solutions. Simon lives in the Forest of Dean with his wife and three children although you can usually find him in our Westbury On Trym, Bristol clinic.
