  My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker. Located in the coastal town in Dorset, our Poole clinic can be found on Ashley Road in Parkstone. The clinic is easily visible from the road and can be accessed by bus or car. If travelling by train, the clinic is about 2.5 miles from the station.

Gillian Curley

Ear Wax Technician

After managing a Care Company for many years Gillian was offered the opportunity to work at Imperial Hearing 2 years ago. Gillian successfully completed the company training program for Ear Wax Removal. Gillian now runs the Ear Wax Removal clinic in our Poole Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays and the Verwood Centre on Wednesdays.

Shaun joined the team in 2021 after working for 12 years in complex health care in the community. Shaun brings a wealth of experience from all aspects of health care to his work in order to provide the highest quality of individualised care to every patient. Shaun offers ear wax removal treatments to patients across a number of sites including, Chard, Poundbury (Dorchester), Wincanton, and Yeovil.
