They are famous for their custom hearing aids, they have always made very discreet in the ear devices. In fact their growth across the world was based on it. They were also the first to introduce the modern invisible hearing aid with the SoundLens. They have since upgraded the SoundLens and now offer it in a wireless version.

They were also one of the first hearing aid brands to introduce Made For iPhone hearing aids when they introduced the Halo. They have since upgraded that platform and they now offer the Halo 2 which has been well received.

  My son had been struggling with wax build up in his ears, GP’s could only recommend oils, which brought little relief, booked for him to have it removed at imperial hearing, got him in very quickly, Penny saw him today, was incredibly kind and patient with him, took him through every step of the process, i was amazed how relaxed the whole process was for him and my son is very happy with his certificate and sticker.
