Henry Turner-Ward

Audiology has always been a part of my life, and my desire to work as a hearing aid audiologist emerged throughout my upbringing and adulthood, driven by my personal experience with hearing loss and my use of many types of hearing aids.…Since 2020, I have been working in the audiological sector, assisting hearing aid audiologists. I developed a deep admiration for the transformative work they provided, and to this day, I continue to become fascinated by the ongoing research in hearing aid technology and hearing loss.
I joined Imperial Hearing in 2022 as an Earwax Technician with the desire to continue to progress in my clinical practice. In 2025, I qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist, and at present, I provide services from aural impressions to full audiometric tests in Verwood. The additional services I provide include Micro suction, Manual Extraction, Irrigation, Hearing Screening, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, and Hearing Aid Dispensing, as well as earwax removal for children aged 5 and above.
My best advice for patients:
I personally recognise the difficulties that can arise when an individual’s hearing loss is not addressed, as I have a congenital hearing loss and have worn a variety of hearing aids throughout my life. The current range of technologies from our industry leaders is undoubtedly worth exploring, so when you’re ready to pursue the right hearing system for you, like many before you, you will come to learn how beneficial hearing aids and their accessories really are day to day for you and those closest to you.
My advice as an audiologist is that if you are experiencing any problems with your ears, whether that is hearing difficulty, tinnitus, or problematic earwax, visiting us will ensure your issue is assessed thoroughly with the utmost care and attention.
