Mr Hambridge, Cheltenham Bowls Club

Our Cheltenham based Imperial Hearing clinic are proud to support our local Cheltenham Bowls Club. We sponsor events, have sponsored the tournament shirts that the first team wear and provide exclusive discounts for their members, discounting the cost of their annual bowling membership from any hearing system purchased through Imperial Hearing.

Following a drop-in clinic held in Suffolk Square, home of the Cheltenham Bowls Club, in early 2020, we met with members to provide free independent advice on their hearing. We were on site to answer any concerns members had, and even performed on site hearing tests. Members could drop in with no appointment necessary. A great opportunity for those concerned to chat freely in an informal environment, getting expert advice at the same time.

During the drop-in clinic, we met a wonderful couple who were members of the club. Following an initial chat and brief examination, Roger Hambridge made an appointment at our Imperial Hearing clinic based in Imperial Square, a few miles from the club.

He saw Chris Bate Williams, the Audiologist based in Cheltenham, who he had previously spoken with. Mr Hambridge had never worn aids but had noticed that his hearing wasn’t quite as it was and wanted a more thorough investigation.

Following a full FREE examination, it concluded that he would experience a significant improvement in his hearing if he had a hearing system fitted that was customised for the loss he was facing. At the time we were running a free 45 day trial which Mr Hambridge qualified for, to see whether aids were for him. During the trial, he was pleased with the improvements he was getting and went on to purchase them and improve his hearing immensely, taking full advantage of his exclusive discount.
